What if Hur knew exactly what he was doing? I think that he did. AND I also believe that Mr. Hur has a firm grasp of the law regarding possession of classified material. But why put the nation through the turmoil of charging a sitting president with a crime when all you have to do is present the facts and end a presidency. And that is precisely what Mr. Hur may have done.
This is what we learned from the Hur Report: Joe Biden was and has been over his entire political career in possession of classified documents EVEN when he had no authority to possess them. They were stored poorly in his private residence. He knew that the possession and storage of those documents was illegal but he did it anyway AND he shared them with his memoir ghost writer. All of those acts are illegal.
But that's not all that Mr. Hur did. Mr. Hur made it clear that Joe Biden is mentally incapacitated and would beens seen to be so by any jury of his peers.
In one act of what might be called patriotism by some he exonerated a persecuted president, Donald Trump, and explained who the real law breaker is and he showed that that particular lawbreaker is not fit to serve. This was an October surprise in February.
You surely don't like the Hur report and its implications if you're a democrat, particularly one who hates Donald Trump. On the other hand if you're Trump supporter you're ecstatic because Jack Smith's theory has been trashed. And that is precisely why a neutral observer should smile over the Hur report because it puts an end to the persecution of President Trump, a private citizen and candidate for president in opposition to Joe Biden, at the hands of the Biden DOJ for strictly political purposes.
Agree on the law, but it's hard to look at Biden, and not come to the conclusion that he's impaired.
If you cannot remember when you were vice president, that's a serious problem. And I think the public ought to know the truth. Why not take a cognitive test? If he's so confident in his cognitive abilties, then why not take the test at his yearly physical exam which he refuses to do.
