Great show and very entertaining. For sure the pardoning power is too broad....it needs some sort of guardrails to make it more reasonable. It needs limits, it is obviously too open to abuse. Not sure how that could be done or even possible, perhaps by a Constitutional amendment. For example, the Hunter pardon for one seems excessive to me, and self-serving. However, not surprising since Biden is a career criminal himself, so he is pardoning people just like himself... like his son, so Hunter can't implicate Joe in all the various influence peddling racketeering schemes. Nobody needs 20 shell companies unless you are trying to funnel ill-gotten gains, like bribes and payoffs or cheat the taxman.

I've written notes to my self and stored them for about 30 years and video taped Justice related News segments and saved them also,. I've concluded that now is the time to go public with my serious thoughts and some conclusions based upon 71 years of real life experiences and watching others quietly. I'm sn amateur Constitution student self motivated.
My posts and notes I expect may have some fresh ideas to stimulate people of common citizenship or people of powerful positions , towards Righteous sanity and simple important understanding of the Supreme law of this land, while they pursue happiness.

The president cannot pardon Dershowitz for most of the paedophilic crimes of which he has been accused. Generally they are based upon State Statutory Rape Laws and State Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Laws. both meant to protect underage children from sexual attack. The reason for these Laws is the physical and psychological disparity in power between the predator and the child victim as well as the child's lack of experience with understanding the physical and psychological consequences of sexual penetration on a quite young person. There is also the ancillary motivation of punishing gag-inducing attacks by paedophile geriatrics on underage children. The president can however pardon Dershowitz on the interstate trafficking of children for sexual purposes since that is federal law. I bet he will not pardon Dershowitz, and the FBI will simply continue slowwalking the paedophilic crime investigation it forcibly took over from the Palm Beach Police Department about, what, a decade ago. Presumably the truth will be confirmed during Dershowitz's afterlife.

Re the Trump classified docs case, if Trump declassifies all of the documents in question, are those charges then moot?
I don’t see how you can pardon crimes that aren’t even charged, or go into the future? It seems to me pardons are for CRIMES that are at least known.
