Great read, as usual, BUT it will not be reviewed, digested, nor acknowledged by anti-Semites, especially the media and politicians, who suffer from complete and irreversible JDS (Jewish Derangement Syndrome). How do we solve or ameliorate that problem?

"it makes genocide a meaningless epithet to be invoked promiscuously by those opposed to particular"

You mean like the term "racist", "sexist", "Nazi", "bigot", "homophobe"... This is what the Left does. It's in their postmodernist DNA. One of postmodernism's major claims is that language is always political, and mostly used as a tool of oppression by the powerful. If you're steeped in a belief that language is always political, that words don't actually refer to real things but only to categories of other words (another major claim of postmodernism), twisting the language to suit your political ends is entirely logical.

For today's liberals, "genocide" (like so many other words) just means: "anything I don't approve of." That's true whether the words are screamed by blue-haired students accusing others of "denying trans people's existence" at Columbia or condescendingly uttered by Express Ursula about Hungarians or Italians or Poles voting in ways she doesn't like.
