So sad that the greatest justice system based on the Holy Commandments of our Divine Creator is being trashed by politics
Dear Prof. Dershowitz,
I've been a listener to your podcasts, now a viewer of your YouTube videos, since before this Trump legal saga began. Your shows are always very informative and enlightening. However, I do have two questions about the current NYC Trump trial that I hope you will answer: 1) How is it possible for Judge Merchan to be the presiding judge on THREE Trump-related cases if the selection process is "random"? And, 2) If everything you say about this trial is valid, and I have no reason to believe it is not, why hasn't, or won't, a higher, appellate court intervene immediately to stop this travesty? Thank you for your work protecting the Constitution - for ALL of us, not just DJT - and have a Happy Passover! E. Kennedy
