Thank you sir! Great thoughts! My passionate questions, How can anyone of integrity, really without deliberate intent driven motives or delusion buy into the notion that intelligent human life and reasoning came about essentially, accidentally, or by chance, aka, evolution? Infinitesimal odds! Thanks! What about you? Retired postman Percy H. Buery
Apostle Paul, in Colossians, after his own miraculous intervention experience with the previously crucified Jesus, on the Damascus road, reported; He (Jesus) is before all things, and HE holds all things ( matter ) together! Neuclear science has revealed, in some instances matter is transformed into energy. In the book, The Age of Radiance, by Craig Nelson, author of Rocket Men, on page 59 last paragraph, (Teaching quantum theory as Rome’s first atomic physicist, Enrico was nicknamed “Pope”, because it took such profound faith to believe that matter was energy, energy was matter, and that both were sometimes particles and at other times waves.) - - paragraph continues, but that is my point.
Paul Corrupted the Teachings of Jesus. There is no reason to believe anything written by Paul which is 11-17 Books depending on the Bible Scholar. Who wrote the Book with the Road to Damascus? Paul or one of his followers?
Why would anyone trust books written 50-200 years after Jesus?
So where does the theory of evolution, you know, what many if probably not most students come in contact now days, fit with traditional, ( when I started first grade ) in. Every day, every grade, a verse or passage read from the Bible!
Day 2395 of the Dershowitz- Epstein pedo sex ring cover-up. Protected from facing consequences of the Constitutional mandate of Equal Justice and public awareness of thought-provoking details, Dershowitz hides in plain sight. Plain sight shows time and karma act where Equal Justice does not.
Christmas Future: Typically the stunning thought provoking covered-up details flood the media postmortem. TV journalists will wring their hands in dismay about why he was never prosecuted. Two or three more intrepid reporters will update the work of investigative reporter Julie Brown, finding and interviewing a few survivors of the more than 80 girls and the one boy. Hmm, what happened to him and which client enjoyed him? The MSM will discuss why the organized pedophilia was far worse than Britain's, though one smarty pants will point to Prince Andrew's involvement and personal loyalty to Epstein. Maybe Andrew will come to Dersh's funeral. Maybe there was some rivalry since they allegedly shared and competed for the body and attention of the same quite underaged girl , Maybe someone will bring up Lewis Carroll or Lolita or even Dershowitz's idol, Woody Allen. Maybe a theme will be the consequences to children of serial brutal penetration, forced drug feeding and post traumatic stress and for some, addiction and early death. Perhaps a retired Mossad agent will write a book confirming the story of Mossad agent Ari Ben Menashe. Meanwhile, Dershowitzx remains the public face of unempathic hard core Zionism.
Thank you Prof . Law clerk Rehnquist ‘74. Wonderfully thoughtful and of course correct. I would love to hear your views 1- on whether the Pres can be deprived of the right to fire exec dept or agency employees cf Tenure of Office Act cases 2 . Whether the Impoundment case extends to compel the pres to spend funds that are completely unnecessary or for improper purposes? Thank you. Proud to have an actual lawyer left in DC as opposed to a member of either mob.
The struggle for democracy sometimes DOES end - usually when an anti-democratic movement uses the scruples of constitutionalism to destroy constitutionalism; not in America (yet) but elsewhere. (In 1917, 1933, 1949, etc.)
I appreciate your daily analysis of important topics. However, because of a distraction in your presentation, I prefer to listen rather than to watch you…. which is fine with me because I’m an avid walker and so I listen while I walk. However, some of your audience may prefer to watch you. In that case, there’s a problem of which I’m sure you’re unaware.
When talking to us, about your excellent analysis, your eyes are constantly focused in a downward direction (at your notes or a screen we can’t see, or whatever) and that habit is extremely distracting. If you can’t look directly at us, because of the inflexibility of the camera, or for some other reason, perhaps it would be better to do a podcast so that it’s more comfortable for your audience and for you.
Thanks so much for your consideration of this constructive criticism.
You seem to have an extremely nebulous understanding of the parliamentary system. You seem to think there are no checks and balances. The Parliamentary system has a Superior Court, which has similar powers as SCOTUS. The Prime Minister does not have the power to issue Executive Orders, he only has the power to appoint or fire ministers in his cabinet. Anything else has to be taken to parliament for a vote by the whole House. If he has a majority, no problem, his caucus will vote in his favor, as long as they all agree. On a contentious issue they may not, just like Congress. If he has a minority, he has to lobby other parties to vote along with him and his caucus. There is no impeachment process, not necessary. If a PM is unpopular, a vote of non-confidence is taken, and if it succeeds, the government falls, and an election is automatically called, for the people to decide on a new leader. It's quite simple really. One is not stuck for 4 years with an unpopular president with EO powers to do as he pleases. Impeachment of a president, to totally remove him from power, is quite difficult to achieve as one has to prove very specific crimes. Next to impossible.
No doubt such a brilliant system is in some small way responsible for the UK’s spiral from once the greatest of world leaders to a hazily remembered after thought. A country which never was invaded since the Normans, and now conquered by an invasion of muslin/african migrants invited by Leftwing PMs. Those same Parliamentarians, who try to hide their complicity in the grotesque rape gang scandals, and pretend their actions had nothing to do with the viscous anti-semitism and no go zones for police. I wouldn’t brag too much about that system.
Truth. The CIA is NOT on America's side. Neither is the DC swamp.

Neither is Trump and Musk
You seem highly ignorant
You are a joke as I have proved previously
You’re replying to the wrong person
Thank you, professor Dershowitz! Brilliant as always!

Why would I trust ANYTHING YOU SEND! I don’t!
What I said is factual. Go read Bible scholarship. Dumbass
Stick with the four gospels especially the synoptic ones. Don't trust anything in the Pauline books.
Read Bible scholarships Do you understand what the f*** you're reading

Today's kids would very quickly tune that out every day.
Sunshine is the best sanitizer, Alan spreads sunshine and truth.
I appreciate this. I’m a Canadian and would love to hear something like this done on Canada’s history and resulting government.

Why don’t you post this on Bluesky?
What an amazing explanation of the constitution and how & why it was written the way it was. Thank you so much!
There is no reason to believe the story.
Thanks Alan for being an honest man.
I along with many others I am sure, really appreciate your honesty and efforts. Honesty, it’s a commandment. It’s good, as are the others!

Easily abused & ignored as it appears Trudeau has done & is doing.
