I would only argue that the ABA is not conservative. At least, not today. They have fully embraced the neomarxist "diversity, equity and inclusion" ideaology.

Any organization advocating for quotas over merit is not aligned with conservative values.

Agreed. The ABA can only be seen as "conservative" by someone who is pretty far Left to start with. Despite his recent comments, Alan is essentially a left-wing progressive (just not quite as insane as the recent cohort), so it's not surprising he views the ABA as right-wing. Actual conservatives do not share his assessment -- that's why the Federalist Society exists.

It is heartening to have a liberal who is willing to speak truth in a sea of moral confusion. Perhaps one day this country will again have an honest political discussion about issues of consequence.

"Few clients would be willing to be represented by lawyers who have advocated the rape, beheading, murder, and kidnapping of Jewish civilians"

After what we've witnessed these last 3 weeks, that sounds like an optimistic statement.

Dershowitz is reasonable, prudent and logical.

He's also out of touch with reality.

Alan has spent too much time with elite apparatchiks inside the halls of Harvard, and on Martha's Vineyard -- where Obama, a man who has never provided any product or service in the marketplace -- just bought a 17M dollar home.

Think about that.

Obama never created a product, never provided a service that brings value to others, yet miracously accumulated 17M, mostly while in office.

Dershowitz voted for that kind of man, not once, but twice.

He voted for people who wanted open borders, who preached DEI (marxism), who regulated the marketplace to such an extent that it forced mom and pop stores out of business, and he also supports regulation that sends massive subsidies to millionaires, including million dollar farmers like myself (hint: I dont need it).

And now he is finally seeing the culmination of his failed policies.

Realism, nature, and the human condition is once again reasserting itself on the streets of London, Paris, NYC, where millions of muslims, in the name of ISLAM, threaten our safety and security, simply because they have a very different ideaology -- one that is incompatible, much like the Chinese, with western philosophical ideals: namely, lockean and kantian ethics.

There are many immigrants who are capable of adopting our values -- mexicans, south americans, most europeans, russians, filipinos, koreans, japanese, but not everyone can.

That is the reality. And the damage is permanent.

Millions of jews in this republic cannot walk down the street without being threatened, attacked, ridiculed, and without facing open threats of genocide by pro palestine students because of "progressive" (really reactionary) policies.

Absolutely. Publish their parents names too. And the school they attend. Let's get this out there.

Thank you.
