No one dare mentions the name Mark Malloch Brown. George Soros colleague.

Brown headed up Smartmatec/Dominion in 2020 and during election. He then was quickly moved as CEO of Open Society. IMHO the suit was filed to abruptly stem any further election integrity discussions that may have led to Soros. This suit was typical Soros play. Read this article from right after the election.

PS. Alan, on Hannity you commented “no election is perfect”. YIKES. Given the circumstances and facts of the 2020 election this comment was beneath you given the finals results and debate.

Namely:

- Overall slim electoral margin of victory by Biden. 43,000 vote margin across 3 states. 6 counties/6 ball ground states

- Zuckerberg $450+ spent in key battleground states and their municipalities for Biden

- unprecedented expansion of mail-in voting and the lax registered voter verification documented

- suspicious discontinuation of election results tabulation in 5 key battleground states with DJT ahead with comfortable lead with 70%+ of the vote already in

With this in mind, I found your comment “no election is perfect” irresponsible if not suspicious.

“NO ELECTION IS PERFECT”. Wow Alan

I also think that while there was evidence of fraud during the 2020 election, and unconstitutional end runs around the Electors' Clause, poor lawyering by Trump's attorneys and the absence of real admissible proof of fraud were the reasons whythe courts did not intervene along with fear of riots in the streets ala the riots of the summer of 2020 if the Courts thought that the evidende of fraud surmounted that which was present in Bush v Gore.

Of course, the reveleations in the Twitter files now confirm that the Democrats,FBI andBigTech all conspired to suppress the Hunter Biden story which if properly develioed would have shown not just the corruption of Hunter Biden, but that Joe Biden was and is the head of a RICO family that was and is the back pocket of the CCP especially with respect to the creation of a think tank at the U of Pennsylvania for which Biden received 10M and rewarded his supporters with major ambassadorial appointments and cabinet level positions. The full blown portrait of Biden as a Big Swamp grifter might have cost Biden the election.

What the genius (actually) fails to realize is this:

Fox pays $787m to Dominion, which is the Dems preferred 'election-rigging company'. Did you know that?

Fox is operating in cahoots with the Left, and now everyone knows this for certain.

We (on the Right side of history) can never win an election again.

I believe 2020 was a scandalous election on many levels. Ballot drop boxes were/are asking for corruption. Closing the counting only allowed nefarious players time to figure out how far behind they were & find the necessary ballots to put them over the top.

When these electronic machines are tracked by electronic gurus much unexplained activity was outed.

We the People do NOT trust elections anymore. We are a banana republic.

Perhaps tampering with election processes (from registration to vote counting) was done to do just that - destroy voter confidence in our elections.

It’s worked beautifully

It is important to note that since Biden apparatchiks have been salivating at the prospect of shutting Fox down for alleged "disinformation." Fox is hardly an ally of the Democrats

All settlements are calculations that the risks of an adverse jury finding outweigh the potential and costs of an eventual reversal on appeal. In this case, the internal documents obtained via discovery from Fox would have been used a club against the owners of Fox and its on air personalities.-whose shows are clobbering the legacy media in th ratings.

By the way, I believe the First Amendment was written to protect INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS' ability to speak freely. I do believe that any elected individual, appointed public/civil worker (in their work capacity), news media, or any company advertising to the public, should have a legal obligation to use known facts and non-deceptive narratives. Maybe that would screw up some advertising campaigns and corporate bottom lines, and maybe it wouldn't solve all of this, but it would certainly clean up most of it.

This is a simple profit equation. A trial would absolutely expose ALL of the abject failures to adhere to the basics of journalism and solely produce fodder for viewers to keep viewing. Fox News can now go on fleecing its audience over the next decade during which it will certainly make up for the 3/4 Billion dollar hush money payout... to hush Fox's own people from testifying. This had zero to do with any legal argument. Since "money is speech", Fox spoke loudly in saying, "shhhhhhhh".
