I love PM Netanyahu and his speech was one of the best I have heard. I just love his speeches and he is a true Patriot and trusted friend of the United States! God Bless and Protect him and the State of Israel and its beautiful people!🙏🏼🙏🏼

Biden is like a kid in high school thinking he can write a paper that’s going to get an award. He knows nothing about the Constitution. Just “wants” his “feelings” taken care of like a child. Waste of time.

It's best to just ignore the old man ranting at clouds. He ought to resign, but since he won't, we can just pretend that he has.

And it’s become difficult to honor the Office of The Presidency, as was once its due.

Dershowitz has the money and influence to be able to avoid criminal indictment based on evidence of serial pedophilia And interstate child sexual trafficking as well as the connections to arrange a 7 figure hush money payment to prevent the evidence from appearing in civil court.. And then he goes on to insist on blacklisting those protesting the Israeli government and particularly its activity now under investigation by the ICJ and ICC. Something new: Ralph Nader, the esteemed consumer advocate, has authored a letter to Sullivan & Cromwell, a leading "whiteshoe" NYC law firm. The New York Times today features the text of this letter. The Law Firm has decided to blacklist from employment anyone protesting about Israeli activity and anyone who has during a lifetime expressed anything deemable as "anti-semitic" as expansively defined by inter alia Dershowitz. Any criticism of zionism disqualifies from employment at Sullivan & Cromwell. Connecting the texts of International Humanitarian Law and the Genocide Convention to the Israeli government and IDF behaviour disqualifies from employment. Incongruously, Jewish expressions of hatred against Arabs (fellow semites of course) will not fall into the scope of the blacklisting.

Dershowitz is a special person in both tastes and loyalty., leading us from Jeffrey Epstein influencing, hysteric groomed and drugged slave children making allegations against the 73 year old emeritus and now to the Brave New World of Thought Control, Absence of Free Speech and the politically correct New Morality of Israeli Genocide against opposing ethnic groups.

Biden chances of changing SCOTUS is zero. He needs a super majority in Congress and the Senate, which he doesn't have, then it has to be ratified by a majority of the States. Will never happen...this time around. If Harris gets in however, continuing Biden's failed policies, with a majority in Congress and the Senate, be afraid, be very afraid.... it could certainly happen....and much worse as she would promote more Marxist, woke and DEI policies.

The Democrats started Lawfare, from the first day Trump was elected, they haven't let up: Russian Collusion Hoax, two failed and un-Constitutional Impeachments, 95 indictments, etc. and Harris will be a continuation of the failed Biden policies. Beyond me why anybody would vote Democrat. OK, Republicans are not perfect, but I my opinion much better than Democrats. I always want to vote for someone who can balance a checkbook over a career politician. If you divide a page in two, list all negative Democrat policies on one side and all the negative Republican policies on the other, you will find the Democrat side would be extensive in comparison to the Republican.

There is nothing in the Constitution to support Roe v. Wade, or a "right to abortion". Roe v. Wade was wrong and it is appropriate that it has been overturned.

Democrats Biden, Mayorkas, Harris, et. al. have made a mockery of the rule of law by enabling millions of illegal aliens to enter the U.S..

Professor Dershowitz, you say that you will not vote for anyone who boycotted Netanyahu's speech. That should mean that you will not vote for Harris, who BTW is socialist, anti-American, subversive, ignorant, stupid, incompetent, treacherous, and imbecilic.

Impeachment is a political decision by the party in power. That's what the Founders intended. It does not require fingerprints, bank statements, or a smoking gun. Those who deserve to be impeached, but never will be, include Biden, Mayorkas, Harris, and Garland.

The attempted assassination of President Trump was designed to look like the result of gross incompetence, but it was undoubtedly planned at the highest level of government. Suspects are Biden, Mayorkas, and Garland. Chealtle is probably just a useful idiot.

When Netanyahu referred to useful idiots, he probably had the entire Democrat Party in mind.

Dear Alan,,

It is heartwrenching seeing you so torn over today's Democratic party. Maybe this will help you decide how you vote.

Do you remember saying a few weeks ago during a podcast, "The people I grew up with in Brooklyn were smarter than any I've since met."

They didn't have to be hit over the head with a hammer, Alan.

It's so awesome to listen to you, a great Constitutional scholar and thinker, opine about the law, politics, and world affairs, as if I'm sitting around the Sabbath table listening to a wise uncle. Isn't technology wonderful! Nevertheless, you confuse me when you say from one side of your mouth that you would never vote for a Democrat who boycotted Netanyahu's speech to Congress and from the other side you say you may vote for Kamala who did just that. Consistency please.

Since Biden is not well, and Harris is not yet President, I think it did not say much about either of them not attending the congressional meeting. Bibi was there to ask Congress for more money

Professor, I hear the tone in your voice in this episode and I thought it was finally time to write. I very much hope Professor Baier of LSU’s extremely picky law school is not seeing what we are seeing. He was a great fan of J. Blackmun, and no one knew, except through gossip any professor’s political leanings…but he is a man outside that nonsense with no bigger loyalty than the Constitution. I still have, 20 years later, my pocket Constitution. This is why America is different and ppl keep ignoring that.

What I also wanted to say, because you and many of my favorite ppl are Jewish, is that southern Christians stand behind the Jewish ppl and specifically Israel for a reason even you may not know. Yes, they were mocked, still are, by my in-law relatives as being too dumb to stick to their principles. They did, they’ve been voting for the Court for at least 40 yrs. Now that they have it, I’m actually mad to my bones that the Justices are being smeared and the Dems are creating ignorance in my friends. Trust me, I asked them what case was problematic for them and those who showed up,instead of crying at home on the 4th, relayed to me the exact opposite of what happened. I’m an independent, but I know that I am a Christian with the Jewish ppl because of what the Bible says. I live in Louisiana and don’t need the 10 commandments in my kids classroom, bc they get it at home, BUT it’s a very interesting twist on what we have seen before. I’m also personally delighted that I can write you. Been a fan forever and would ask you about your role in the Patty Hearst case if I could. What was Bailey like?

As usual, in your zeal to appear 'liberal', you misunderstand and misrepresent the position of most constitutional conservatives. We want the Supreme Court judges to interpret the constitution AS ORIGINALLY INTENDED whether we agree with it or not! This is as opposed to the left which wants the justices to become activists for their 'cause of the day' regardless of the founders original intent. One way provides societal stability and the other constantly changing norms characteristics of an ongoing Marxist revolution. One of the pathognomic signs of progressivism is the use of moral relativism which you have done in this and many other cases. Despite your frequent kinship with our points of view, you really do not understand us as well as you think as you remain steadfast to your progressive roots. Very frustrating!

No. They’re not constitutional and the executive and legislative branches will get slapped down if they try it. I hope hard. Very hard. The dems are so used to just doing what they want that they freak out when properly restrained by the constitution. We need the federal govt decreased in every area but a few specific ones like military/defense/interstate commerce etc.

Continuing legal education and the reliance of American society on legal "expertise" has resulted in the evolution of Dershowitz types, who have no interest in morality but feel entitled to do whatever they please since they know how to avoid prosecution. People who have routinely behaved badly and use connections and influence to escape consequences are the flaw in American democracy. They create the upsetting inequality. We are told the system cannot in practice bring Dershowitz to account, even indict him, and that justice has to await karma. He was intimately involved with Jeffrey Epstein for 20 years. A number of Epstein's groomed and drugged children alleged Dershowitz was a regular visitor and all seemed to know his name. He had a key. He was 73 when most of the allegations of nonconsensual statutory rape started. 73. And decrepit. And they were 14 or 15. . Yet no indictment. The federal DA gave full immunity to Deshowitz and was rewarded careerwise. That DA was skylifted to Secretary of Labor. No civil court either. 7 figure hush money payments fixed that. And Deshowitz lectures us today on intimidation of the Supreme Court.

Sir, I pray your hamstring injury will heal quickly. I had three hamstrings pull away from my hip during a near-fatal car crash. The best therapy is compression sleeves and CBD rubs and let it sink into your muscles.
