I am once again appalled at Columbias double standard barring Jewish professor from campus yet others have the same rights even though they support the atrocities of Oct 7th. This is unconstitutional!

Do they teach you in PhD school to just hear one side of a story? Ever heard of the great Jewish contribution to philosophy- - -scepticism? Ever thought of investigating multiple sources before publishing an opinion?

I've seen the videos of Hamas stealing food from aid trucks, also stealing the whole food trucks, so I know this is true. I've also seen videos of Hamas tunnels full of food aid and red cross medical aid packages, so I know where all this stuff ends up. You are 100% correct about Obama and Biden being the 21st century version of Neville Chamberlain, appeasement does not work as any student of history knows very well. Pure misguided hard left incompetence and foolishness. Excellent discussion today, as usual. I agree with everything. Thank you. Great to hear you are still suing the man who defamed you on the P.M. show, please teach him a lesson on proper behavior.

Of course there is far, far moe to this story than what Dershowitz is telling. Reminds of how Dr Goebbels presented Horst Wessel in the 1930s. A lot of fact had to be excised to make Wessel to seem like a hero. This fact-excising is typical of Dershowitz, one significant example being his his presentation of his deep and long involvement with Jeffrey Epstein activities and explanations of why underage child rape victims hated Dershowitz so much and filed police reports specifically against him.

Well, propagandists and defense attorneys typically never present both sides of an issue so you the audience can decide. They prefer to tell you what to think, slant the story and demand your obedience, omitting facts, adding exaggeration,, maybe telling untruths

In the case of the Jewish Assistant Professor in Business at Columbia,he is not a martyr but rather as garden variety noxious bully who refuses to stop harassing people in his workplace.. Other employees complained of his constant harassment, multiple students complained about his bullying, he threatened one administrator with stalking . NY Times today, which gives two sides to stories when the subject is neither Trump nor DEI, presented a list of particular harassment/bullying/mansplaining complaints about the conduct of the Assistant Professor as long as Martin Luther's 95 Theses.. I think some other action was needed. Maybe the Assistant Professor infrïnged on the personal sphere of so many people that he deserved a non-violent, unpremeditated tap on the nose..

It is said that confession is good for the soul and better health. Dr Freud endorsed this starting point. Dershowitz can talk about how he got to know those underage little Gentile girls and all the contact he had with them. He can talk about the power imbalance between him and the girls and if any tools were used. He described the girls as "prostitutes, liars and thieves"; he could explain how he knows that this description was accurate. Truth might set him free. Anyway that is the motto of the CIA, though not for Mossad.

And, your comment is unrelated to this article. Let’s hear a comment on the subject of the anti-Semitic demonstrations and support for Hamas. The professor that teach a revisionist history Israel and the Jewish people is BS.

You are spreading unconfirmed lies and disinformation. And your use of the term gentile girls, exposes you for the anti-Semite that you obviously are. Do some non-biased reading and research on both sides of these accusations. We are all innocent unless proven guilty. Your comment is also distasteful.

"Innocence until proven guilt" is a maxim limited to treatment of cases by a criminal court which has a monopoly on affirming legal punishment. That maxim does not rob you of your ability to judge, using your morality, common sense, logic and reasonable analysis. If you are a witness watching a thug kill a man, you know without help of a court that the thug did just what you saw. But you may not know why, or if something exculpatory motivated the attack..Dershowitz actively acted to avoid an indictment. Not surprising. But the DA said he was intimidated, that enormous pressure was put against him and that he was specifically told to "lay off" an indictment because the filming of sex with underage children was "an intelligence operation".. The DA said these were the reasons he buckled and issued a "non-prosecution" decision, thereby immunizing Dershowitz from all criminal responsibility for any of his almost 20 years of inter alia protection and enabling of Jeffrey Epstein and his projects. Included in this immunity was exemption from responsibility for any of the serial pedophilic crimes alleged by girls who were supposed to have been protected from forced sexual relations with an old physically unattractive man over 70 years old . As a result, Dershowitz was not even charged with for failing to report child abuse to State authorities. The alleged pedophilic actions were covered up. Dershowitz never had to explain publicly or privately any details focusing on everything did with children and with Epstein, why and telling us why those girls viscerally hated him so much..

'

Then when one girl persisted and took the case to civil court which during the course of its decision would have to consider the multiple pedophilic allegations, she was given almost on the courthouse steps a million dollar hush money payment..

Your version of the world, Mr Gordon, says any wealthy celebrity can buy his way out of guilt, and that closes the matter. Your version seems consistent with objective reality, but not with the ideal of American justice. Dershowitz can by law still be indicted on the basis of the allegations because a Federal Appellate Court threw out the immunity. There is no statute of limitations for the alleged crimes. The FBI says the case is still "ongoing". Dershowitz needs to be indicted so that the veracity of the serious allegations are tested in a criminal court even subject to the standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt". The underage girls were described as being all "Gentiles" because the Palm Beach police investigator Reiter found they were. What does that mean? Reiter did not say. But given Dershowitz's and Epstein's hyper-zionsm, perhaps that connects to the choice of exclusively underage Gentiles by Epstein and subsequently allegedly by Dershowitz.
