Just as predicted, Judge Scott McAfee tried to cut the baby in half, but the baby died, because his split-the-difference opinion makes absolutely no sense legally or factually. It is obvious that Judge McAfee started his decision-making process by deciding the result he wanted: disqualifying special prosecutor Nathan Wade, but retaining Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her entire office. In order to reach that bizarre result, he had to rely on the testimony of Willis, which he knew was totally untruthful.
Politics affected the judges decisions. First, conflict of interest as she hired the judge as a prosecutor. Second, he’s running a campaign in May and seeks her endorsement. He should have recused himself at the onset of this trial.

Fani Willis , from the beginning of this case, Willis has been waving the "racial card " flag, That usually happens when some American Negros are caught red handed and trying to get away with it . This has been used so many times in so many years now, that it comes naturally for them. Frankly , when you cry "WOLF" so many times and then when the wolf really comes , no one is listening any more , because you have burned peoples trust. She knows that she is guilty and because of committing perjury she should be disbarred and serve time .

The judge is up for reelection this year in Fulton county. He throws her off the case he loses the election. Let an appeals court do that.
