Roe hurt two generations of American women and their babies. It was judged rightly unconstitutional, including its basis in a pervasive right to privacy. Unenumerated, reverted to the States and the People. It’s 1972 again when we had to travel to another state.
I didn’t get to read the article; it’s locked. But if the price of Dobbs is losing an election as opposed to killing an unborn, I will take it. See what the Dems can actually do with a right that is the states to decide now.
Thank you PremaShakti. What you write i would have liked to have written, except for your fourth paragraph. I do not want a man who for whom massive hush money was paid to avoid a trial for serial pedophilic crime to join any movement based on morality, because Dershowitz would dilute it substantially. Of course Dershowitz fits in extremely well in the expanded interpretations of Zionist practice and apparently eternal Zionist oppression of non-Jews indigenous to Palestine.
Despite protestations about his fundamental lack of morality, his innate and motivating racism and whitewashing of IDF/Netanyahu/Gallant Genocide , we still are imprinted to expect a premise that a Harvard Law Professor will present on the basis of intelligence and knowledge. Every Dershow proves the erroneous nature of that premise with Dershowitz simply apparently trying to outdo the blatant racism the famous Southern segregationists of the Fifties and Sixties. And Dershowitz's excuse for racism against non-Jews, Ashkenazi intellectual supremacy, is far more incorrect, unscientific and morally odious than states rights. At least those segregationists did not have the associated problem of a pedophile reputation which caused Netanyahu, of all people, to unchoose Dershowitz as israel's defender in the -ICJ Genocide Trial last May.
Judge for yourself. Judge Dershowitz by his reputation, what others have written about him. Especially what captive sex enslaved children well under the age of 16 wrote about Dershowitz.
They have written about his unacceptable, odious conduct when he was about 74 years old and they were in need of help. He did not give the help. He did not provide guidance. He did not obey mandatory State Law compelling him to report child abuse. And it got worse. Minor children wrote to police about Dershowitz's serial rape of them, sometimes during periods under which they were drugged into compliance. They wrote about how he trafficked them for sexual purposes and how he dominated them to satisfy his perverted sexual pleasures.
We do not want to hear from Dershowitz diversions from the reality of these child victims' allegations.
If the allegations were untrue, Dershowitz could have persuaded a criminal and a civil court. He evaded both, first by corrupting and intimidating with help from accomplices an already corruptably inclined Federal DA and forcing thru a promise of non-prosecution covering all eventual Dershowitz's Epstein-related activities, sexual, child-related and otherwise and second by arranging a million dollar hush money payment to the one child victim he could not intimidate.
At this point one wonders if the world would have been better had Dershowitz never been born in the United States.
The other day, after the one line, 2 second bad joke from a comedian at a Trump rally, you went on a 10-15 minute rant saying you would have walked out and you called the whole audience of thousands Trump supporters "disgusting". As you are well aware, Trump was not there, and had nothing to do with this comedian. Today, you go on 10-15 minutes justification in an attempt to minimize Biden's insult to half of America calling all Trump supporters "garbage". Speaking about Trump, Biden said exactly in this quote: "The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters." Talk about hypocrisy and bias, you are definitely a Democrat, no two ways about it, just like Kamala, Hillary, Whoopie, the Squad, etc. no difference. One harsh rule for Republicans, and a easy pass for Democrats, no matter what the fault or crime, they can do no wrong.
When it comes to Constitutional law, you are the expert and there are no one better. When it comes to Israel, I support your opinions 100%. However you have some serious TDS issues that defies justification.
As for the Abortion issue, you are quite aware that there never was a Constitutional right to abortion, and the Constitution is quite clear that what is not addressed in the Constitution reverts back to each state to regulate. That is Trump's position, which is Constitutionally correct. Roe v. Wade was deemed unconstitutional by SCOTUS, end of discussion, they have the final word.
Canada for example has no Constitutional right to abortion, but it is legal across the country, as it has been decriminalized. Abortion is publicly funded under the Canada Health Act. Abortion is regulated by each province and territory. Abortion is legal at any stage of pregnancy, but different clinics and hospitals have different limits. Access to abortion services varies across the country. Provinces and territories have different guidelines for procedures, for minors for example. Abortion is a non-issue in Canada and most of the Western World as far as I know. Only in the USA is there such a commotion about it. Seems to me, this is an issue that Democrats keep bring up at each election, then ignore until the next election. It's an old war horse. A fabricated election chestnut. Many times in history, Democrats had control of Congress, the Senate and the Presidency, they could have created a new Amendment to the Constitution, which would be very difficult to reverse. Not an easy task to create, but I don't remember any effort in that direction. Blaming SCOTUS for the reversal of Roe v. Wade as a political issue doesn't wash, it creates more problems for the Republicans, it makes no strategic political sense. In my mind, it is a purely legal issue, by the book, nothing to do with Trump, no matter how much you want to blame him for all the ills of the world (like all Democrats). Personally, when speaking about abortion, I'm on the side of Canada, that's the civilized way of dealing with the issue.
Dobbs hurt GOP. Thank Harry Reid. But under Trump it was safe for kids to be visibly Jewish at Columbia.

I am not even going to bother with this , Professor. The only issue you always hit on the button is Israel.
Everything else is clouded by your perceptual mechanism.
May have. Might have. Shoulda coulda woulda. What a waste of time speculating.
You have not joined the movement sir. And you have not entered the beginning of what will be the Golden Age or Satya Yuga.
Your aversion to God blinds you a lot.
I’m not even sure your intellect is that great.
Sorry
