Predictaby his advice is to turn the USA into even more of an utter satellite of the Jewish state. A foreign agent telling American leaders what to do. Trump wins the debate if he openly kneels before Netanyahu and the perceived interests of the Jewish state. That means opening up to declaring war on Iran, agreeing to telling Palestinians "leave Gaza and the West Bank forever or face death" and completely redefining the concept "apartheid", meaning he must support permanent oppression in an Israeli annexation of both areas. Like Biden's mental condition, Dershowitz's fixation on Israel as the most important country the world underpin a dementia preventing him from updates by objective reality. He still advocates that Israel, like himself personally, is not subject to the restraints of morality and that Israelis acting in the name of their country can do no wrong, be it their repetition of Nazi expansionism or genocide of the people of other tribes. Objective realiy corrects Dershowitz, but he does not know. . The establishment of Israel never offered any possibility of a fundamental change of human nature. Israel was founded as a racist Jewish state by racist leaders obcessed with the sense of life prevalent in East Europe without a trace of enlightenment and their tradition simply went over to succeeding generations. Whatever infected and motivated the Nazis showed up again in Israeli leaders, from the Jewish terror of the Stern Gang and Jewish Agency to the F'35's raining bombs on unarmed Palestinians motivated by a need to reduce their "demographic threat." Israel was founded in a political musical chairs with
the Israeli Jews taking the place of the Nazis and behaving exactly like them, of course in a less industrialized and organized fashion, to implement dispossession and exile or murder of the indigenous. Dershowitz, of course widely believed to be guilty of credible and multiple accusations of serial vulnerable child rape and interstate child sex trafficking, feels Israel should escape justice just as he did, famously corruptly having influenced, intimidated and bought his way out of days in criminal and civil court. With his 86 y.o. one track mind, he still cannot think beyond Israeli interests, which he even more unfortunately narrows to "interests of Netanyahu".
And you DONT know who you are voting for yet? Do you, Mr. Dershowitz, with all respect, what four more years of this type of administration? She is no different. She has to power to change things right now and she has not.
I hear you say Tucker Carlson is an extremist. I am no expert on him but I would like to understand what you mean by this. I do know he has had controversial guests and is certainly right leaning but perhaps I missed hearing anything extreme from him. I love your work, especially hearing your defense of the constitution.
Really good commentary here. I think you are right that many people (myself included, alas) will be listening to the debate to confirm (rather than to learn). I learned all I need to know about Kamala Harris years before she even ran for president so catastrophically in 2019, and her entire platform that year was to the left of self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders. We know who she is. And we know who Trump is. These aren't people no one's ever heard of before, so I think that goes to the whole listen to confirm rather than to learn. Anything Harris says that is moderate or centrist will be a lie. We know this because Bernie let the cat out of the bag; indeed, Team Kamala insists she has not changed her ideals.
One minor note, this is the second of your vids (the first being on your decision to leave the Democrat Party--that was also a great video) in which you mention Tucker Carlson as some sort of hero of the right. He's not. He's an Indie, and while there was a rally around after he was booted from Fox News (apparently because he was going to air further exculpatory video evidence from January 6), his subsequent crazy (cozying up to Putin, revealing he's an antiSemite, or at least antiSemite-adjacent) has alienated a large swath of the Republican base, those who support Israel's right to exist and to defend itself and believe that it and all Jews throughout the world have a right to exist (something the Democrat party can't say!).
Republican voters tend to be quick to oust, reject, and otherwise disown those who go off the rails like Tucker. And like Candace Owens (and before her Michelle Malkin). None of whom, it should be noted, have ever held elected office. I think that's an important difference to recognize.
Anyway, I enjoy your work and hope you continue this journey of discovery that you are on. It's truly fascinating and heart-warming.
