Lawyers in 1995 were asked to aide Christians being sued by Planned Parenthood (PP v ACLA) in order to shut down our magazine and newsletters across the nation. Alan D., Gerry Spence, and others declined saying "the PP lawsuit would never go to trial" because it was so specious. A bunch of impoverished people ended up in court with PP's million-dollar attorneys against out pasted-together defense team. Guess what? PP and their hand-picked judge found us liable and chilled speech for hundreds off thousands of Christians and their news venues.

We warned at the time, "If you allow them to do this to us, it will give them license to do it to more and more conservative and Christian platforms.

Alan, I'm sorry to say "I told you so."

Thomas Sowell wrote of a 'Conflict of Visions' between left and right, but it goes deeper and is more visceral than simply a philosophical difference. There is something more going on here that warrants explanation.

We can see from experience that leftists can become enraged, even violent, when they encounter a difference of opinion. They are far more likely to block others on social media, and bizarrely, they regard this as a punishment, which may offer some insight into their mindset. Thirdly, they feel entitled to silence those who disagree with them. This sense of entitlement is extraordinary!
