100% correct on Obama and Syria. Plus 100% correct on Biden incompetence and false claims of defeating Assad. If it wasn't for the strong resolve of Netanyahu, Hamas, Hezbollah and Assad would still be in power. Every step of the way, Biden tried to interfere with the IDF, saying don't do this, don't do that, or we will stop the flow of weapons, etc. Total incompetence and appeasement, and now, after the fact, he claims success. What a hypocrite. Thank God for Netanyahu's strong resolve, this is one man who really understands leadership and how to win a war. Teddy Roosevelt often said: "speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far"...same thing as the saying: "Peace through Strength". Something Obama and Biden never understood. Good show.

Biden did however, delay significantly the inevitable destruction of Hezbollah, and Hamas. Israel could have achieved it’s goals on both fronts much more quickly if Biden didn’t interfere.

If the #Israelis see the border with #Syria north of the “Golan Heights” as strategically significant to the point ALL #Russian-assets in #Syria must be destroyed to prevent their usage in #Ukraine, what then is stopping #Volodymyr from sending a couple of “Sea Babies” after those fleeing #Russian-warships headed back to #Russia via #Turkey and their expected disallowed entrance into the “Black Sea” or even all the way around the “Mediterranean Sea” to #Kaliningrad?

The topic of the day is vigilante justice on a national scale, displayed constantly by Israeli military actions. Is vigilante justice within a nation justifiable in at least some cases? Everybody else is talking about the man who some consider sainted, Luigi Mangione. He did what nobody else, including the legal and political American establishment could do. Now to Dershowitz. .

The American legal and political establishment has been similarly impotent regarding setting a trial for Dershowitz on charged of gross and serial paedophila, trafficking and failure to report child abuse. Suppose, only of course in an alternate universe, Virginia Robert's father had actually cared for her. When he heard what Virginia told about Dershowitz's serial rapes and trafficking of her- - -suppose he did to the alleged serial child rapist what Luigi did to the Robber Baron. Who should be upset? If Goldman, the father of the young man who OJ certainly killed, killed OJ in vengeance, who would cry? The applicable phrase is "he got what he deserved".

Dershowitz deserved a trial. He used influence, money and intimidation to avoid indictment. Even the Florida Bar weighed in against Dershowitz, The cowed DA lost his career. Yet no trial. Do we really think justice has been served? Or in a corrupted America, can justice for Dershowitz ever be served?

Dersh:

One of my heroes from WWII, Admiral Bill Halsey quoted: "There aren't any great men. There are just great challenges that ordinary men like you and me are forced by circumstances to meet" Thankfully for Israel, Netanyahu is of like character and unfortunately for us Americans, Biden and his team of lemmings fell far short of!! God bless Israel, the IDF and Netanyahu. Also, I would like to hear your opinion regarding the steps you believe President elect Trump will take to retrieve the remaining hostages. I heard Trump state they better free them 'or else' but not quite sure what the 'or else' would be?? Hope it doesn't mean the same as 'DON"T' as our lovable Uncle Joe threatened. I keep praying they are still alive and a release is forthcoming for their family's sake. God bless America, our military, our Veterans and all our hard-working community service personnel. You address the wrong crowd. What separates Jews from the successor religion is a belief in the sacredness, significance, and consequence of Christmas, one of which was the conversion of the Roman Empire from polytheism and another of which was John Lennon's aphorism "Love is the answer"...

BTW there are great men. Halsey simply was not one of them and apparently did not read history- - -or was too jealous to admit how good Patton was. Unless you are burdened with suspicions of being obsessed with underage children, you do yourself a disservice by comparing yourself to the podcaster.

…and that is the good news about our system of governing ourselves. We can like the policies and not necessarily be a fan of the person promoting them.

Jabotinsky's mantra was "keep killing or beating up the Arabs until they surrender unconditionally". Begin and of course Netanyahu are Jabotinsky's successors, dedicated to his modus operandi. And why not, especially now that America supplies the big stick for the killing and beating. Netanyahu has absolutely no incentive to change military strategy. It works as long as America does all the heavy lifting and supplies what is needed to massively kill Arabs. . Hmm... two polls indicate more than half of American voters conclude that Israel is committing genocide. But polls have little effect as long as the policymakers are compromised by the Israel Lobby. And as to the Lobby and the work of Jeffrey Epstein, how many conclude that Dershowitz committed serial pedophilic rape?

I was reading some studies from the Division of Perceptual studies that might be interesting for an 86 y.o. who repeats his POVs on Jewish (he means specifically "Ashkenazi") Supremacy. If consciousness and perhaps memories are really survivable after death, how does this affect the Dershowitz ideology? What if after a postulated post-death interval if 16 months, Dersh is reincarnated as a baby in the family of a Palestinian Muslim. Will he then lose his status as one of the Chosen people? Will he then have to live the bad karma of being a victim in the Apartheid society? How would this work for his mentor, Netanyahu? Could Netanyahu be reincarnated as a baby with a working Prostate to a Gaza family that lost all its other children to IDF indiscriminate bombing? If the reincarnated Netanyahu had pre-fetus memories of his life as a high-ranking Jewish leader and warmonger, could he be accepted by Orthodox arbitrators as still being a Jew since his previous body, his service to the Jewish State and still existent memories were connected to a Jewish mother? Legally of course if a reincarnated Dersh had memories of his serial pedophilic rape of Epstein-groomed 14 y.o. trailer park girls, then no American court could adjudicate him for pedophilic rape because the crime requires in vitro possession of the same body committing the offense.. Maybe since they were so close for so long in life, Alan and Jeff would be reborn as identical twins aiming to continue the project.

I have a question sir. What is the vote count needed for conformation ? Is it 2/3 or simple majority ? If simple majority, can a Senator abstain from voting so as not to give the opposing side a vote ?

Well seems that would be better than having a group that beheaded a 7 yr old, is dragging people behind cars, shooting people and killing Christians. Flying the isis flags and many more heinous crimes all within a few weeks of taking over does not sound to bad. Crimes against women walking down the street has already started. But seems Syrians were cheering for this and are happy so America needs to stay out of it.

The possible Executive Orders Donald J. Trump may sign after January 20, 2025

When Trump assumes office again, here are potential controversial orders that could test constitutional boundaries, ignite civil unrest, and challenge democratic norms:

1. Immigration Enforcement and Border Security

• Mass Deportation Policies: Accelerating deportations through enhanced immigration enforcement, possibly targeting DACA recipients despite ongoing legal protections.

• Revisiting Travel Bans: Expanding bans on individuals from predominantly Muslim-majority countries or other regions under the guise of national security.

• Militarization of the Border: Deploying more troops or empowering state militias with federal support to enforce immigration laws.

2. Election Reform and Federal Oversight

• Federal Control of Elections: Issuing orders to “safeguard” elections, such as mandating voter ID laws or restricting mail-in voting, which could disproportionately affect certain communities and undermine trust in elections.

• Investigations into Election “Fraud”: Reopening investigations or establishing commissions targeting past election processes, potentially stoking partisan tensions.

3. Criminalizing Dissent

• Crackdowns on Protests: Expanding penalties for protesters or limiting the scope of First Amendment protections under the pretext of ensuring public safety.

• Surveillance of Opposition Groups: Increasing surveillance and monitoring of organizations labeled as “domestic threats,” particularly progressive or activist groups.

4. Targeting the Media

• Defamation or Anti-Misinformation Rules: Executive orders aimed at curtailing media “misinformation” but selectively targeting outlets critical of his administration, challenging First Amendment protections.

5. Federalizing Culture Wars

• Education Policies: Mandating curricula that emphasize “patriotic education,” restricting content related to race, gender, or LGBTQ+ issues in federally funded schools.

• Anti-Transgender Directives: Prohibiting federal recognition of transgender individuals’ rights in sports, healthcare, or education, provoking backlash and legal challenges.

6. Foreign Policy by Fiat

• Unilateral Military Actions: Ordering military strikes or actions without congressional approval, bypassing constitutional checks on war powers.

• Withdrawing from International Agreements: Abruptly exiting treaties or alliances, such as NATO, which could destabilize international relations.

7. Expanded Executive Power

• Challenging Judicial Oversight: Ignoring or circumventing federal court rulings that block his policies, escalating tensions between branches of government.

• Curtailing Civil Service Protections: Reinstating Schedule F, enabling him to fire career civil servants perceived as obstacles to his agenda.

Potential Outcomes and Civil Unrest:

• Polarized Reactions: Actions perceived as autocratic or targeting marginalized groups could trigger protests, strikes, and clashes between supporters and opponents.

• Legal and Institutional Crises: Courts and Congress may challenge the legality of certain orders, leading to constitutional confrontations.

• Erosion of Norms: Attempts to consolidate power or undermine democratic processes could deepen political divides and spark broader social unrest.

Each could provoke fierce opposition and strain the resilience and at the same time provoke U.S. democratic institutions and the military.
