Stormy Daniels was paid less than 12% of what was paid to Virginia Giuffre for a non-disclosure aagreement of Dershowitz's pedophilic activities. Given the very large amounts of money paid, it appears Dershowitz has inside knowledge about child abuse aand rape as well as trafficking children over interstate lines. For a man with 20 years intimate friendship with jeffrey Epstein, with Dershowitz regularly letting himself in to Epstein's mansions, all manned with a crew of drugged underage children, Dershowitz has been stunningly uncooperative about sharing the details of Epstein's life - - -or his own in regard to activities with other people's children, I bet Robert Kennedy would dislike this image of a naked 73 year old and a young drugged ditsy 14 year old doing her best to please sexually. This, apparently at a time, was the dominating leitmotif of Dershowitz's life from when he was 73 years old. Yet we may never have 100% certainty abut the veracity of the allegations since Dershowitz so strenuously avoided a courtroom trial, either civil or criminal. In judging Dershowitz's criminality we have to read the volumes of what Google shows us, including the Miami Herald investigation, and use our common sense, remembering Dershowitz is highly opaque on any and all details. Given the weight of evidence of pedophilic activity, I judge that Dershowitz has no function reading us the headlines of the NYTimes on his podcast. Actually nothing he says about politics or Israel can be remotely reasonable or moral given Dershowitz's background and his successful efforts to have that background examined in a court of law.

The only contention I have is with your 10 reasons to vote Democrat, most of these are also covered by the GOP platform anyway, in some form or another, so not really a valid reason to vote exclusively Democrat. The current Democrat platform however has some very disturbing policies, that make me very nervous. I'm not saying that the GOP is perfect, but between the two, they are way more reasonable and not so extreme. I'm not against abortion (in some reasonable circumstances as you state) or some form of gun control, etc. as long as they are reasonable to a fair minded person. I'm not a fan of fanaticism on either side. I'm a Zionist and always for the treatment of all people in a fair and equitable manner. But I believe in responsible government, fiscal responsibility, less government rather than more, and I am a capitalist. I'm a stock market investor and most of my wealth is in the market and real estate. But I was a member of 2 trade unions for most of my working life, but also was self-employed for a very long period....there are pluses and minuses on both sides, depending on the particular situation and ones personal needs. If he is so much for the defense of civil liberties, I have a case of the most fundamental civil liberty being trampled on a large scale, as we speak, and the judicial system, at least at the lowest level, covering up. Would Mr Dershowitz like to defend civil liberties in this situation?
You do not read between the lines, For one, you need to belong to his tribe. For the other, frankly he is not that good. His expertise is appeals, not trial practice and when he screws up, it is a big screw up. Like when he assiduously sought for himself full secret immunity from criminal pedophile prosecution. He got it thanks to help from powerful and subtlely threatening fellow travellers who persuaded DA Alex Acosta. But Dershowitz's legal research was so poor, he was unaware that the very secrecy of the immunity violated the Federal Victims Rights Act. This violation was the basis for a federal appellate court to invalidate the immunity grant 3 years later... Because of his inadequate lega lknowledge, Dershowitz can today still be prosecuted for pedophilic crime and trafficking children. There is no time bar and of course no valid immunity. Go get him, prosecutors.

I think now he was a very rare decent soul. But I was too young... We were friends, we told each other stories of our lives. One of his stories was about a completely secret order in which all the marines were supposed to join, once you join you become a slave. They have secret initiation rites and all...
