Great show and very entertaining. For sure the pardoning power is too broad....it needs some sort of guardrails to make it more reasonable. It needs limits, it is obviously too open to abuse. Not sure how that could be done or even possible, perhaps by a Constitutional amendment. For example, the Hunter pardon for one seems excessive to me, and self-serving. However, not surprising since Biden is a career criminal himself, so he is pardoning people just like himself... like his son, so Hunter can't implicate Joe in all the various influence peddling racketeering schemes. Nobody needs 20 shell companies unless you are trying to funnel ill-gotten gains, like bribes and payoffs or cheat the taxman.
