Is there a double standard for prosecuting Trump but not Biden for classified documents?

There's a problem with your logic when it comes to the Classified Document question. 1) Biden actually gave a classified doc to his ghost writer who read it as he used for the Biden book. This hard documented proof. 2) Trump waved a random piece of paper in the air claiming it was a classified document, but there is no evidence or proof that anybody read it or even saw it, it could have been a menu as far as anybody could possibly know. You can argue that both had a classified document, and that is a crime, but there is only hard evidence of Biden who actually had classified documents. In Trump's case, we only have his word...and he could have been joking or using his usual macho bravado talk. It is not proof, it is speculation, no one saw it or read it, no photos, nothing. Never mind the issue with Biden having boxes illegal retained classified documents for years as a Senator and Vice-President who stored them haphazardly in multiple unsecured locations, while Trump's documents were all declassified, stored in one secured location, while he had the power to declassify as president, except for one possible exception with no hard proof of that particular fact. That's your problem, no actual proof that Trump had a classified document, it's all based on hearsay: reasonable doubt.
