Dr. Dershowitz, you said it is not a crime to lie; only if you lie under oath, then it is Perjury. Correct? But it is a felony to lie to U.S. Marshals performing their official LE duties. Am I wrong?
In the Trump Civil trial that robbed him of half a billion, it was difficult to understand how the AG could create a civil case against him with a statute only and no victim. To prosecute him criminally would require a new set of facts and law. I’m guessing that’s what you meant in stating the AG should have brought a criminal case. May he win at appeal.
An excellent show. I agree with everything you said, from the Willis case to your position on Israel. CNN is a joke, I never watch it, as far as I am concerned it is a pulp media outlet, not much different than the Enquirer, with made up stories to shock, plus a strong political bias, always pushing the current government propaganda. CNN is no different than the old Soviet Pravda. On another note, I do not expect much from the Democrat judge in the Willis case. Why? So far all I ever see is Democrat criminal cases always being soft peddled...
