I appreciate that you analyze the Constitution as it is written. In my opinion (as a former Const Law Prof and White House advisor) I believe Navarro’s arrest for ignoring a subpoena was a valid action by DOJ and he should have appeared but refused to answer any questions citing Executive Privilege. Highly unusual to ever arrest anyone for not showing up for a congressional subpoena. It’s a first in my lifetime I think. https://profvictoria.substack.com/
