The FBI aggressively, criminally, utilizes violence, torture and the corrupt, broken judicial system as evil as the FBI, and officials who are responsible for such evil relish subverting the Rule of Law, legal procedures & Due Process, undermining local democratic government for the corrupt allies of these CORRUPT institutions, and providing for embezzlement of public funds for personal theft, and aiding armed violence, brutality, extortion, retaliation, violent, horrific, persistent, criminal, sinister acts resulting in death, or worse, and subjecting innocent victims to a fate worse than death.

Hi Professor, For those who have been pardoned by Biden, I understand they still could be subpoenaed by congress and that they would have no 5th amendment rights to fall back on. In that case, if it could be shown that they committed perjury during the enquiry, would they be liable for that perjury and therefore could they be charged?

As you are fully aware, Trump is not a stupid man. He is a self made billionaire. Some of his EO, like the "birthright" issue, is designed to challenge the Constitution, get lawyers suing, and perhaps force Congress to finally address this issue in law or amendment. Trump is well aware of the Constitutional issues with it, he has a huge legal staff advising him. Ignoring it will not fix the problem. Same issue with the Biden EO on banning offshore drilling that needs Congress to overturn it. Trump's EO reverses the recent Biden OE, but only as long as Trump is president, so he is most likely planning to get Congress to pass a law overturning the original 1953 law. Trump loves to throw "bombs" out there, to get people talking, get the discussion going, to get lawyers suing, when he has another agenda in mind.
