Why are you in denial about the 2020 election? It was investigated and fraud was found. Several judges refused to take the cases, refusing to hear or look at any evidence. Leftist judges are so corrupt.

Who is the guy who thinks this? Before you swallow his narrative you need to know his background for writing narratives and winning hearts and minds. As you knows he is an inveterate self-promoter who did very well with one book about how he got an Appellate Court to free Claus von Bulow. The film showed Dersh as the professor, heading a law student commune that worked to find holes in the criminal court¨s conviction. Dersh glorified himself of course, ignoring totally the personal circumstances of of a divorce lawsuit where a judge wrote that Dersh's wife beating and psychological mistreatment led to Sue Barlow's (mother of Elon) hospitalization and need for psychological treatment. She committed suicide. Dersh has big problems with empathy and self-control. These continued after meeting Jeff Epstein. "Oh I was just his lawyer, I hardly knew him personally". Like Peter at Gethsemane, denying knowing Christ when arrested, Dersh said he hardly knew Epstein. OK,then he knew Epstein well, but only in an attorney client relationship so he could not cooperate and reveal details of the long running suspected Mossad pedo operation running gentile girls. . Easily proven false by referring to gossip articles about the Epstein-Derhowitz bromance published by Vanity Fair. Then came the stream of pedo allegations against Dersh, alleging his direct participation in serial pedo activity as well as trafficking. . Oh-oh. How about this strategy? At most as a lawyer he only protected Epstein and the co-conspirators and enabled operations and projects? Legal tactics could not help because the whole country was revulsing against Dersh. Like Dersh was 73 and the kids were so young for sexual penetration.. Were there several kids as young as 12, not even yet in puberty? .A coverup was needed and accomplished. Here power, influence, epithets like "antisemitic", getting AIPAC and ADL donors already courted or blackmailed by Jeffrey, or sometimes converted to hard core zionism by Epstein together with Alan onboard, to help Dersh, their ideological bedfellow. This and some intimidation according to Alex Acosta, the district attorney, got Dersh a secret immunity, rescinded three years later as illegal.

Guess Dersh was so distracted by Epstein's groomed teeny boppers Dersh had no time to research the Victims Rights Act. Maybe alternativelymthe DA rebelled against the intimidation and used the secrecy of the immunity as a time bomb which would explode the immunity when the Victims Crime Act was brought up as it would eventually. Funny the Harvard Law Professor did not know about that Act. Doesn't Harvard hire well- educated professors, or was Dersh an ethnic group DEI hire? Dersh has been able to avoid indictment, not because of the law but because Epstein paid well in both money and influence. A million dollar hush money payment was made to silence one post traumatic stress suffering accuser. You think this Dersh knows what he is talking about in this podcast?. Maybe he should be advised to stick to what he has practiced, like wifebeating and bullying (the judge's conclusion) and uh can we suspect pimping and sampling the product in the pedo case?, I mean why did all those well-groomed underaged girls know Dersh by name and then accuse him of rape and trafficking. Maybe like Icarus, Dersh flew with hubris too close to the sun, unale to restain himself from temptations of vengeance against his wife and smooth ski of kids? Like, he thought he could get away with anything.

If the U.S. Supreme Court reinterprets the 14th Amendment to exclude birthright citizenship for children born to illegal aliens in the context of a national emergency, here's what could happen:

Key Distinction: Wong Kim Ark vs. Illegal Aliens

Wong Kim Ark's Parents: Wong Kim Ark's parents were legally in the U.S., even though they were not U.S. citizens. The Court ruled that their son, born on U.S. soil, was subject to U.S. jurisdiction and thus entitled to birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment.

Illegal Aliens Today: The situation today involves illegal aliens who are unlawfully present in the U.S. These individuals do not have the same legal standing as legal immigrants or those who have lawful residency. The argument is that because these individuals are not legally subject to U.S. jurisdiction, their children (anchor babies) should not automatically be granted birthright citizenship.

New Legal Precedents:

A ruling that denies birthright citizenship to children born to illegal aliens would set a new legal precedent that fundamentally changes how the 14th Amendment is interpreted, especially regarding the jurisdiction clause.

This could lead to new immigration laws or policies designed to address the legal status of these children and ensure that they are not automatically considered U.S. citizens due to their parents' illegal status.
