You are 100% correct. I find it suspect that this indictment comes out the very day Congress gets to see the FBI document that provides concrete proof of Biden's bribery history. This is desperate act on a sinking ship. Totally politically motivated.

Could the Supreme Court create a review process for all prosecutions of federal candidates for office? Any indictment of a federal candidate must be reviewed and voted on in order to continue. Furthermore, if the Court finds political intent behind it, it can put the prosecutors in legal jeopardy.
