On another case - the documents case - I don't understand how Biden did the same thing but Trump is indicted and brought to trial and Biden is not charged at all. Other than the charge of obstruction, how is this equal justice?
Pelosi within days was calling this an insurrection. IMO this was a setup all along - the 2nd impeachment of Trump and these latest actors under a false notion of the 14th Amendment.

I think that the reason Hamas won't release a list of hostages is because they have killed at least 90% of them. It is a black eye to this administration to call for a ceasefire without this list and return of whomever is alive. To change one word that Michelle Obama said, I say, This is the first time I am ashamed of my country.
Sorry but they didn’t exonerate his role as an insurrectionist. Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, called Trump an "oathbreaking insurrectionist." And they left intact the finding by the Colorado Supreme Court that Trump engaged in insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021.
