There is at least a variety of published print or electronic news, so we’re not as limited as we were 5-10 years ago with the cable conundrum or NYT.

The Judician Branch does not like the legislature telling them how to conduct their proceedings, and your suggestion would undoubtedly trigger a Separation of Powers challenge -- so I would love to see the resolution of a statute that directs the federal court to televise its proceedings. This would, of course, be resolved in a federal court. Would the court dismiss it calling it a Political Question?

Trumps trials televised would re- invigorate the news media industry. The advertisement dollars alone justifies the expense the US taxpayers are footing to prosecute # 45. I would watch, and cheer for justice to be served.

It is a show-trial, one way or the other. Exposing its machinations to legal observers might rein in the corruption of justice.

I wish that would be so. Trump supporters and all Conservatives don't expect special treatment. We just want equal treatment in the eyes of the law..Currently, the justice system is anything but fair..

This trial should be public because the defendant was charged by the incumbent, and that in an untimely manner: during election season. Its replacement of campaigning, and potential removal of many citizens choice cannot be lost on the electorate, so that when it’s called stolen in years to come, it won’t be challenged. “Yes, DJT will never be our President again. The DOJ has removed our franchise and given it to the courts. “You cannot vote for the person you choose anymore, forget the Constitution. The government casts your vote now.
