Paying off the accuser probably was unwise for Prince Andrew, now in comfortable exile in a castle in England. It probably did not help Ghislaine who was convicted anyway. For Dershowitz, paying off the accuser seems to help. He could lie and say the settlement (and secretive payoff) means he did not committ the crime. He did not want the evidence to be heard in a courtroom. And he has often been invited as a celebrity on cable talk shows, talking about slightly substantial sound bites, just like any other American celebrity. And he has tried to re-invent himself as a hard core defender of whatever a Jewish State leader chooses to do, even when going so far as competing with the Nazis. So Dershowitz's legacy is that the legal strategy of paying off truthful accusers is a good idea if you have had a public forum.

Federal, State Officials Aiding Criminal Misconduct, Corruption, Injustice and Sexual Abuse "Under Color of Law"
Eighty traffic stops in four years. Five robberies. Home invasion and death threats by armed Sheriff Deputies with AR-15s and shotguns pointed at my head and at my dog "Boomer's" head while two young children were mere feet away on a second floor. False arrest. False imprisonment.
Actionable evidence including recordings, documents, hundreds of witnesses contact information with no conflicts of interest esp. regarding crimes against children involving rape and abuse.
Only EXTERNAL demands might drive long-overdue official accountability, investigation, oversight, an end to abuses, brutality, crimes of a community & local, State & Federal corruption that would shock most Americans. It sounds unbelievable, but is very much real in Wilmington N.C.
Though provided irrefutable almost certainly admissible evidence of criminal activities involving:
U.S. Department of Justice & F.B.I. involvement in extensive criminal misconduct by Corrupt North Carolina officials including sexual abuses of children, theft of Federal funds, lynching's, retaliatory murders, torture, violence & retribution against child victims, families & the few who have dared discuss horrific abuses suffered & retaliation by officials, prosecutors & bribed media.
This "Culture of Corruption," once pursued, is now Assisted, Protected by the U.S. DOJ, FBI USAO despite vast evidence & continuously increasing the number of child victims, grieving family members, whose lives have been & continue to be scarred, horrifically, traumatically, forever.
Politicians, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, media sociopaths & government, community, religious & business leaders with the support of nearly all citizens share a total absence of empathy, decency, morality & virtue. This void in the heartless is filled by sin, infidelity, corruption, greed and violent hatred of victims and any opposition to this proud tradition in Southeast N.C.
Few adults EVER actually question or oppose the sadistic, violent criminal actions by the powerful over their vulnerable victims and retaliation against any victim or threat to the few who dare fight this cultural, accepted inhumanity is swiftly, overwhelmingly silenced, disappeared by DAs, law enforcement, politicians, an "incestuous Courthouse" cartel of judges, lawyers & sinister government & media actors with no moral or ethical limits or prohibitions, no accountability, no integrity.
Routine, remorseless, constant uses of sadistic crimes, torture, harassment, threats to life and loved ones, terroristic violence to destroy the lives, families, reputations, livelihoods, human, civil and legal rights including freedom, property, justice, health and life itself effectively using public resources to destroy any threat source that might have existed with absolute effectiveness, permanently...decades of practice, population approval and enthusiastic allies in such extreme, sadistic, evil violent criminal acts and terrorism unimaginable in most American communities is very real in Cape Fear. Having a gun to your head, your dog's head, in your home, being tortured, left with permanent injuries, imprisoned, robbed of everything you own, your reputation, principles, career, beliefs & family is not only traumatic, it's a fate worse than death. Murder would have been preferable to the torture, years of crimes, brutality suffered for no crime except uncompromisingly opposing corruption, abuses of power.
Injustice is worse than death and it's time those who violently and deliberately destroy lives through corrupt abuses of judicial and law enforcement and government and media power if not subjected to justice proportional to the harms done for self-serving, evil, corrupt sadistic motives, such enemies of America's sacred values and laws must at minimum be subjected to permanent removal from Office and the Judicial and government systems, and all positions of public trust, law and governing authority permanently.
I lie awake at night knowing that the evidence I provided to the FBI being admissible, extensive and beyond dispute in an effort to end ongoing sexual abuse of children and innocent victims by aiding crimes of a horrific nature the FBI, DOJ, Civil Rights Division, state and local officials has exponentially resulted in many more victims as a direct result of their indifference knowing these crimes would continue and more children would suffer whether well-intentioned or not, the public has a right to know why dozens of rapes and children subjected to abuse and lynching, torture, crimes by local judicial and law enforcement officials that should have been acted upon instead was aided by those Federal Agents and Officials. If the aid and protection for the perpetrators was due to well-intentioned 'higher priorities" it's too late for the victims but we all deserve an answer: Why?
What policy was more important than protecting children and the most vulnerable citizens from known violent serial criminals who just happened to be influential and powerful leaders that necessitated colluding in their crimes of sadism and extreme harm and damage to so many innocent lives and public service?

Ack to back corrupted so called judges . This should be alarming to all Americans . They don’t even try to hide blatant bias and corruption. This judge should be put in prison for life . I’m surprised someone hasn’t taken him or his daughter out .
Another of those podcasts where he has absolutely no idea of the answer. So back ans forth for twenty minutes of speculation, which both you and I can likely do just as well.
Epitaph for Alan Dersjowitz: his contribution to free speech thought has been nullified by his denial of that to Israel critics and efforts to penalize them by putting them on lists, revoking employment offer, dismissing employees, encouraging police action, expelling student protestors intimidating with the omnipresent "antisemitic" epithet- - -all withjout a word of coaxing the leaders of the Jewish state to be more targeted in their responsde, to stop the genocide of the Palestinian nation.
WHAT IS LEFT FOR THE DERSHOWITZ LEGACY IS THE LEGAL STATEGY OF WHETHER OR NOT TO PAY OFF AN ACCUSER WHO TRUTHFULLY ACCUSES OF A SERIOUS MORAL AND PUNISHABLE CRIME.
PRINCE ANDREW,DERSHOWITZ AND GHISLAINE MAXWELL WERE ALL ACCCUSED OF ENABLING OR PARTICIPATING IN SERIAL RAPE OF UNDERAGE CHILDREN. ALL THJREE PAID OFF THEIR ACCUSER TO AVOID THE ALLEGATIONS COMING UP IN OPEN COURT. New Yorker Magazine tells of Dershowitz's decision and how it was done. Paying off the accuser probably was unwise for Prince Andrew, now in comfortable exile in a castle in England. It probably did not help Ghislaine who was convicted anyway. For Dershowitz, paying off the accuser seems to help. He could lie and say the settlement (and secretive payoff) means he did not committ the crime. He did not want the evidence to be heard in a courtroom. And he has often been invited as a celebrity on cable talk shows, talking about slightly substantial sound bites, just like any other American celebrity. And he has tried to re-invent himself as a hard core defender of whatever a Jewish State leader chooses to do, even when going so far as competing with the Nazis. So Dershowitz's legacy is that the legal strategy of paying off truthful accusers is a good idea if you have had a public forum.
