Climate change? Are you serious? I thought you were educated. That's the problem with PhDs, extreme focus on a singular pin point at the expense of a broad education. Climate always changes, and humans have virtually nothing to do with it. Perhaps you should read Dr. Patrick Moore's book: "Fake invisible catastrophes and threats of Doom" or look up his lectures on Youtube. Moore academnically debunks all of your ridiculous statements on the climate and other far left ideological fake cultist doom scenarios. Just because Democrats keep repeating the same old tired of various fake climate doom scenarios doesn't make them real or truthful, they are not accepted scientific theories. There's an agenda behind all of this claptrap. Stick to what you know best, the law.

Gee, the appellation "100%" is uniquely nowhere to be found in this one of your comments- But your comments on the basis of climate change are fair, though Dr Moore as a source seems a stretch.

I argue with you on your last sentence. All he really knows is Netanyahu and the needs of the Ministry f Strategic Affairs. As a significant example, his ignorance of law cost him a secret non-prosecution deal, covering all his Epstein related activities and omissions, forced out of Federal DA Alex Acosta . Acosta did as he was told. But a Federal Appellate Court invalidated the immunity because its secrecy violated the Federal Victims Rights Act.. This shows Dershowitz's fundamental incompetence, coupled with lack of legal research. Had Dershowitz been someone else's lawyer he would have been sued for malpractice and the Bar Association would consider suspension or withdrawal of his license to practice law.

George Washington was right to oppose political parties. I wish we could just vote a person. Not a party. But that’s a human trait to generalize and put labels on potential candidates.

Wrong analysis on labeling. . It is simply because in democracies, one needs allies to get elected. The alliances tend to cement since there is a natural "I help you, you help me" attitude. Washington grasped the ideal, but not that practical human nature.

While the current administration seems inept, in terms of handling the actual delegated powers handed them by The Constitution, they have - or at least had become adept at channeling power and controlling the narrative. However, as the party would appear to be fighting for its life as November 2024 approaches, that control has slipped from their grasp. They are being criticized by normally friendly media sources - both for their absence and their presence in the face of the current natural disasters. Yes, they are politicizing the disasters. That's typically what they know how to do, with the aid of friendly mainstream media. However, in the present situations, even those in the media know they will suffer the effects of the disasters and this administration's response to them. To expect the democrats to take a path other than what they usually take would be foolish. Many folks hit the ground running in North Carolina and Florida, cleaning, fixing, rescuing, recovering, feeding, clothing and any other human need they see. It's very likely all of those folks have political leanings. Watching them as they work, we'd never know it. Need is need. For democrats in charge, the answer is always depend on the central government to save you. The central/federal government has no real idea how to face any crisis other than promise and throw money. That's the politics being exhibited; failed politics, as always.

The answer is yes. The democratic / communist party has become an enemy from with in the United States . But there is a great deal of Americans who refuse to accept the fact and can not see the reality of things . Amazing

The writer advertise ignorance with his general equation of the Democrats with Communists. Before expressing his opinions again, if he is open to education, then he should watch the 2018 TV miniseries "Chernobyl" which makes very clear the substantial difference as well as why the Soviet union collapsed from within.

If you learned law, then you would understand he is deficient in knowledge, particularly in International Law. His writings on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and constant analogies between WW2 armies and the IDF advertises that he has not even read the text of either IHL or the Genocide Convention. OK he is 86, has ministrokes, has a history of uncomfortable experiences with captive 13 and 14 year old girls and has become obcessed about Greater -israel in his last days, like what can you expect about him being able to know law outside of Constitutional Law, to the extent his memory functions.
